27 November in Wroclaw there will take place one of the most important gastronomic events – Gault&Millau gala together with the premiere of IV edition of the Yellow Guide. The famous guide include a list of the best restaurants from the entire Poland.
For the next time Bubbles Bar was appreciated and included in the famous Yellow Guide, and our amazing Head Chef – Seweryn got invited to the Gala. We are incredibly proud and glad that our hard work and passion that we put into our work every day pays off and is appreciated.
In the Gala there will participate about 400 of Head Chefs, whose restaurants got included in the Yellow Guide for the year 2018. During the gala they will also announce 5 best Head Chef in 5 different categories. Obviously we keep our fingers crossed for Seweryn 😊
The Yellow Guide Gault&Millau Polska 2018 is a nationwide, most reliable source of information about places where it is worth to eat as well as where you can buy some regional products, tested and recommended by the editorial team of the Yellow Guide. This year inspector have chosen from 1000 visited restaurants around Poland, and as a result they have prepared a list of 580 restaurants that they recommend in the guide.
The Gault&Millau Gala is the culmination of the entire year of work of the inspectors and a summary of Gault&Millau Tour 2017. Its main goal was to decide who is the most talented Head Chef in Poland as well as to integrate the gastronomic community and to create a ground for exchanging the knowledge and experience.
