You can call me a workaholic, who mostly cares about the Bubbles Bar & Restaurant, which idea was borne in my mind, constantly surprising with the biggest choice of champagnes, cava and prosecco in Warsaw and possibly in Poland. I have been gaining my gastronomic experience for 12 years. I have been working as a bartender in places like: Sense, Casa To Tu!, Flaming Restaurant, Flaming Champagne Bar, Akademia. I love travelling while looking for new places and tastes. Two wheels, skydiving and wakeboard are my remaining passions after cooking and champagne.
I am totally in love with good food and bubbles.
The breakthrough for me was my aunt’s visit – she is a professional cook who lives in our Western neighbors. My next step was travelling and working in Spain, which inspired me for further culinary exploration. And they continue to this day. New application for ingredients, spices, meat seasoning – these are my main interests. I am contantly working on improving my cooking skills, always looking for everything that enables me to succeed at the professional level... iherent in cooking – my passion and love since my youngest years.

I have always loved cooking, so my career choice was a natural and obvious thing for me. My motto, which I am guided by every day in the kitchen is: “don’t serve Guests anything, that you won’t like to eat yourself”. This is not always obvious to everyone. I love cooking using fresh and natural products, which is take care of by Mrs. Edyta who looks after our herbs!

In Bubbles I make sure that our Guests get the highest quality tinctures and marmalades on their tables. Plums in red wine with crispy crust and vanilla ice cream that are getting famous in the area are my idea. I have an optimistic approach to life, which makes functioning much easier both for me and my surrounding. I love pizza, skiing in the winter and roller-skating in the summer.
Curious about the history of champagne I decided to join the Bubbles team. I like people and my job. My answer for the “how are you doing?” question is always – continuing success story!. I am the number one fan of the Bubbles’s cheesecake. I am constantly learning smells and tastes that can be present in wines. My motto is – I am not perfect but I am working on it. Privately I am a husband and a father. A lover of a good movie and only delicious food.
I love flowers. I love both getting as well as growing them. In Bubbles I make sure that our wonderful cooks’ herbs are happy, healthy and that they give joy on the plates!
